Dedicated staff, absolutely perfect location. Room was extremely comfy, pretty. Exceptionally good breakfast, courteous service. Fairly clean and relaxing hotel in Venue district. I visited the sushi bar and loved the complimentary drinks. Pool was heated and beds were comfy.

Liked this place, it was fairly clean and had terrific staff and rooms. The room had central heating, a mini bar fridge and a sitting area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The early check-in process too. All in all an exceptional stay, the venue met my needs.
